Tiffany Hargreaves
MEd, RCT-C, CCC, Associate
Tiffany has experience providing counselling to adults and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, divorce & separation, co-parenting, parenting, family violence, stress, anger management, interpersonal conflict, and trauma. In session, she takes a whole-person holistic approach through strength-based, somatic, mindfulness, humanistic and person-centered modalities.
Tiffany believes that we all have the innate capacity and desire for balance and equilibrium - that our body, mind, and soul are an ecosystem working together to create balance and harmony. When the natural balance is disrupted, we experience a sense of disharmony. This can lead to mental and/or physical distress, inviting support and guidance to help restore the natural state of equilibrium. In the therapeutic setting, this is achieved first and foremost through energy and presence, creating and holding space for the emotional safety and connection necessary for healing to occur.
When not in office, Tiffany can be found walking her dog or at the local Crossfit gym. She loves being outdoors, reading, traveling, eating delicious food, and fostering her growth & curiosity.
