Hello and welcome! My name is Innis. I believe that everyone has a story to share, and by providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment, we can collaboratively navigate life’s challenges. Every story is unique, which means every session will be individually tailored to equip you, the client, with a diverse set of tools and skills to enhance well-being, foster self-esteem, improve communication, and increase comfort in social interactions.
Sometimes, simply being heard, validated, and understood can be a significant step toward feeling better—that’s why I’m here to help. By offering a non-judgmental space to share your experiences, explore how they influence daily life, and express your feelings and emotions at your own pace, we can lay the foundation for well-being together.
I specialize supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, guilt, and those experiencing difficult life transitions. My background includes both formal training and hands-on experience assisting individuals and families in crisis, as well as those struggling with addiction, self-doubt, and thoughts of suicide. I am committed to serving individuals and couples of all genders, abilities, races, sexualities, and ages.
To meet the diverse needs of my clients, I offer a variety of services, including in-person therapy, virtual therapy, and Walk and Talk, which takes place outdoors.
