Clinic Founder
Janelle is a forward thinking, relatable, and creative therapist. When in session, she aims to create a warm, friendly environment that embraces both deep conversations and moments of shared laughter.
Janelle specializes in supporting adults and university students who are navigating strained relationships (be it family, friendship, or romantic), having difficulties moving forward with trauma and grief, and are feeling the weight of anxiety and depression.
In therapy Janelle is certified to provide a variety of techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy. Her approach is direct and focused on education and skill building to provide you with direction and tools to improve your mental health and relationships.

Janelle also provides Walk and Talk Outdoor Therapy for those who struggle with direct eye contact, sitting for extended periods of time, and holding attention, in a traditional therapy office. This method is great for nature lovers and particularly helpful for those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD & grief.
Outside the office, you'll find Janelle on the golf course, enjoying lattes, traveling, cooking, or diving deep into the world of podcasts. She has a guilty pleasure for BRAVO TV (Vanderpump, Below Deck, Housewives).
