A Brief Overview
The Grounded Weekend is a four-week guided group focused on creating a steady, supportive space for women to reconnect with themselves and their goals. Together, we’ll explore values, redefine self-care, reframe inner dialogue, and build resilience through life’s challenges.
This group is for women who feel ready to make meaningful changes in their lives but aren’t sure where to begin. Through shared reflection and encouragement, we’ll create a supportive space to explore your values, set intentional goals, and take the first steps toward a more grounded and purposeful life.
Costs and Payment
The total cost of participation in The Grounded Weekend is $250.00. This fee provides excellent value, covering 6 hours of counselling therapy at $42/hr
Subsidy Option:
We understand that not everyone has access to insurance coverage. To make this program accessible, we offer a limited number of subsidized spots for those without insurance. Please reach out to discuss your eligibility for a reduced fee.

In today’s world, women’s well-being has become a booming industry, with endless “quick fixes” and advice flooding social media daily. Platforms like Instagram and TikTok bombard us with ideas on how to “find & care for yourself,” often oversimplifying it and leaving us feeling overwhelmed.
That’s where The Grounded Weekend comes in. This group offers a supportive space to connect with like-minded women, and take intentional steps toward self-care that aligns with your values. It’s about reclaiming your energy and attention to reduce stress, refocus, and create room for what truly matters.

Week 1: Introductions, Values Activities, and Who Am I?
We’ll start by getting to know one another in an intimate, supportive space. We'll explore exercises designed to explore your core values and gain insight into who you are beyond the roles and labels you carry. This week sets the foundation for trust, self-awareness, and creating clear, meaningful goals that reflect your authentic self.

Week 3: Negative Self-Talk vs. Encouragement and Commitment Talk
Our focus this week is on the way we speak to ourselves, especially during challenging times. You’ll learn to recognize patterns of negative self-talk and replace them with positive, encouraging language that aligns with your goals and values. This shift in mindset will help you stay motivated and kind to yourself as you navigate change.

Week 2: What Does Self-Care Mean to Us?
This week is all about redefining self-care in a way that resonates with your daily life. We’ll move beyond common self-care clichés and explore what truly nurtures your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Together, we’ll identify practical steps you can take to prioritize yourself in sustainable and empowering ways.

Week 4: Building Resilience and Overcoming Setbacks
In our final week, we’ll focus on resilience—how to bounce back when life doesn’t go as planned. You’ll learn strategies for overcoming setbacks and turning challenges into growth opportunities. By the end of this week, you’ll have tools to stay grounded, keep moving forward, and approach life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and determination.
