Walk and Talk Outdoor Therapy
We recognize that the traditional therapy settings may not suit everyone. That's where our nature-integrated approach steps in. Walk and Talk Therapy is a movement-based approach that combines movement with the benefits of psychotherapy.
This program is great for nature lovers and particularly those who experience anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma symptoms. Walk and Talk Therapy is flexible. You can switch back and forth between in-office/virtual and Walk and Talk sessions or you can solely do Walk and Talk sessions.
You are welcome to take your baby & stroller or your dog (just don't forget the poop bags!)

How it Works
All new clients must start with at least one in-office or virtual session before beginning Walk-and-Talk Therapy. This is an important safety step where we can meet, complete a brief health screening, and take care of any necessary paperwork. In your next session, we’ll meet at the trail and begin our walk! You are responsible for setting the pace, we can also sit.
